This IBERICO sausage is a testament to the traditional character of Nieto Martín. Made following a typical recipe from the Guijuelo region using the finest cuts of our IBERICO pigs, this unique sausage is seasoned and stuffed into a horseshoe shape, acquiring its distinctive form, and matured in our cellars for two to three months. When you slice it, you'll appreciate the finely chopped mixture of meats, while its unmistakable aroma and reddish color come from the characteristic hue of La Vera paprika.
