Very intense dark cherry red. Brilliant and clean.In the nose it has a powerful aroma of ripe black fruit, almost candied and fine touches of toasted oak.
Critic tasting note: (2020 vintage) "Plums, dried herbs, tobacco and tar on the nose. It’s medium- to full-bodied with firm, chewy tannins. A little rough and tarry.
