Emina Emoción is a red wine from the Ribera del Duero region, produced by Bodega Emina. It is a wine of character, with great aging potential, comparable to a Reserva. However, Emina Emoción is made using the latest technology, giving it a modern and cutting-edge character.
A unique wine that combines the seriousness and tradition of Ribera del Duero with the modernity and innovation of the latest technology.
Emina Emoción is a signature wine, complex and elegant. A pure, traditional yet modern wine made with selected grapes from the Valdebaniego region. Specifically, from vines on the lower slopes of the Ribera del Duero, chosen for the unique composition of their limestone soils. Thanks to a triple harvest, only the highest quality grapes are selected, without masking any of the varietal's characteristic flavors or aromas.
Emina combines traditional winemaking values with modern techniques. This wine undergoes fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks, followed by 16 months of aging in French oak barrels. Finally, it rests in the bottle for the necessary time to allow the tannins to soften and impart the elegance that provides a lingering flavor and lasting memory, much like emotions.
Visual: Dark cardinal color with a very intense layer rounded by purplish tones.
Nose: Aromas of ripe red fruits and spiced black fruits with hints of lactone-free cocoa. It is a complex wine, full of balanced nuances that evoke mineral notes.
Palate: This wine has character, with firm, assertive tannins, great length, and no sharp edges or peaks, rounded out by its aging. Its elegance and complexity are akin to a Reserva, but with the relaxed touch that characterizes all Bodega Emina wines.
