Emina Pasión Roble is made with 100% Tempranillo grapes by Bodegas Emina, sourced from the area around Pesquera de Duero (Valladolid). Emina Pasión Roble is aged in American oak barrels from Missouri. The nose reveals aromas of cherries, blackberries, currants, and hints of licorice, which blend perfectly with the roasted and toffee notes imparted by the barrel. On the palate, Emina Pasión Roble is pleasant, and as it passes through the mouth, the sensation of volume increases, leading to a persistent and creamy finish.
Production:
The winery's objective is to produce top-quality wine, for which grapes have been selected from some of the finest vineyards. The harvest, carried out at its optimal ripeness, is done by hand, ensuring the highest quality grapes that enter the winery.
Aging:
6 months in American oak barrels (heavy toast) and French Allier oak barrels (medium toast).
