The Sauvignon Blanc, with its unmistakable varietal characteristics, has a very pale straw-yellow color with a steely rim. The nose offers tropical aromas of green pineapple and mango, along with notes of boxwood and herbs, with subtle citrus and red pepper in the background. On the palate, it has an excellent balance between volume, body, and acidity, with a pleasant bitterness on the finish that gives it excellent length.
Recommended: As an aperitif and with seafood, fish, pasta, rice dishes and salads.
