If subtlety were wine, it would bear the name Emina Verdejo fermented in barrels. This single varietal, 100% Verdejo, has rested for 7 months in new French oak barrels, which gives it the delicacy worthy of having grown and matured in front of the Castillo de la Mota in Medina del Campo. This wine has a powerful fruit on the nose, perfectly assembled with the aging wood, a voluminous mouth and longevity in the bottle, preserving the characteristic touches of the Verdejo variety. A barrel-fermented Verdejo with a straw yellow color and bright golden reflections. Tropical fruit aromas are integrated with aniseed and scrubland aromas of fine Verdejo, with subtle aromas from its time in oak with elegant spices, fine toasted bread roasts and hints of fresh brioche-type pastries. Excellent balance in its texture with good and lively acidity, well accompanied by its ample volume.

Nose: Aromas of tropical fruit that are integrated into the aniseed and scrubland aromas of fine Verdejo, subtle aromas of its time in wood with elegant spices, fine roasted toasted bread, memories of fresh brioche-type pastries.

Taste: Excellent textural balance with good, lively acidity and ample volume.
