We meticulously select Iberian pigs with 50% certified Iberian breed, the result of selective crossbreeding. These animals spend part of their upbringing roaming freely during the montanera season to bring you an exceptional product. During this period, they feed exclusively on acorns from trees such as holm oaks, oaks, and cork oaks, which are abundant in the dehesas (pasturelands) of Andalusia, Extremadura, and Salamanca.

The meat is characterized by a diverse range of hues, from pink to purplish-red, while the marbling gives it a lustrous sheen even at room temperature. This exquisite boneless acorn-fed Iberian ham is truly unique for its distinctive aroma, which evokes the very essence of the dehesa.
