Dessert white wine. Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains. Aged 24 months in French oak barrels. Grapes harvested by hand well into November, resulting in a concentrated bouquet and complexity. Bright golden color. Floral aromas, candied fruit, honeyed notes, expressive. On the palate, luscious, flavorful, long, and spicy. Very well-balanced. Bolandin Protected Designation of Origin.
Pairing: Strong and spicy cheeses. Ideal for appetizers with foie gras or very spicy Asian dishes. A good complement to pastries.
Tasting Notes:
Appearance: Saturated gold color.
Nose: Notes of ripe tropical fruits, candied fruits, dried apricots, and honey. Elegant, with great character, notes of pastry and figs, aromas of orange blossom, acacia honey, and spices.
Palate: Intense, balanced, and smooth. Lively acidity and a long finish, with subtle hints of toasted oak and crema catalana.
