Artisanal pastis from the Basque country, made by maceration of liquorice and infusion of star anise. A subtle tasting pastis that will appeal to connoisseurs ! As a challenge, we decided to create Odeia, the first Basque pastis. Pastis, meaning mixture in Provencal, could not be better named ! And our bet paid off because Odeia is very popular with pastis lovers. The Odeia Pastis is made from an infusion of star anise and maceration of licorice from Navarre. Our recipe is deliberately simple so we can use only natural local products. Odeia, the "cloud" in Basque, keeps its promise of a soft and airy moment. Its dress, clear and pure, tends towards white in contact with water. At the tasting, the Odeia Pastis surprises with its sweetness and subtly liquorice character. The whole is slightly sweet, very refreshing. The powerful nose opens with star anise. Our artisanal Pastis does not contain artificial flavors or colorings, its appearance and flavors are guaranteed 100% natural. Bottling, corking and labeling are also done by hand.
