Artisanal apple liqueur, created by macerating wild apples from the Basque Country in aniseed alcohol called "anisette". It is a gourmet liqueur with the taste of caramelized apple pie. Desctription: In the past, each family made its own patxaka but its production has gradually become marginalized. Liquor of character marked by the imprint of the Basque terroir, it is today a rare and courted product. The apples used, Anisa and Mamula, are typical of the mountains of the region.
