After aging for three years in Cuba, our rum was finished in Armagnac and Irouleguy Domaine Arretxea white wine casks at our facilities in the heart of the Basque Country. With no added sugar, Bidaia is a particularly aromatic molasses rum that defies convention with its innovative aging process! This bold double finish is an ode to the Southwest, lending elegance and character to this vintage.
