The IBERICO Sausage from Salchichón is a symbol of Nieto Martín's artisanal heritage. Inspired by traditional recipes from Guijuelo, this delicacy is made with the finest cuts of meat from our IBERICO pigs. Its horseshoe shape and distinctive pepper marinade give it its unique character.

This IBERICO sausage undergoes a slow and gentle curing process that lasts between two and three months at our facilities in Guijuelo. This gives it a smooth and tender texture at its peak, along with its characteristic flavors and aromas.
