SANCLODIO - THE EXPRESSION OF THE AVIA VALLEY
Sanclodio is a wine made from the free-run juice obtained from the grapes of our vineyards in Gomariz, Leiro. We use the native varieties of Ribeiro: Treixadura dominates the blend with Godello, Albariño, and Loureira, in varying proportions, each contributing its own nuances. A young wine with high aging potential in the bottle.
Visual: Made with white grapes of the Treixadura, Godello, Loureira and Albariño varieties, it presents an attractive pale yellow color with lemon reflections and a steely rim.
Nose: On the nose it is complex, fruity, with a saline character and good aromatic intensity.
Palate: A fresh, flavorful wine with ample fruity and floral nuances, already appreciated on the nose. It is complex, with a long finish and an excellent balance between the creaminess of the Godello and Albariño grapes and the freshness and vibrancy of the Treixadura.
