This exquisite combination is stuffed into natural casings and undergoes a curing process lasting between 3 and 5 months in our cellars in Guijuelo, where each piece reaches its perfect point of maturation.
Our Iberian pigs are raised on farms that guarantee animal welfare and comply with the rigorous standards of the European Union. Their diet is carefully planned, based on feed composed of cereals and other natural ingredients, which is reflected in the quality and flavor.
