The grapes are hand harvested and selected at the optimum moment of ripeness. Cold maceration for 12-24 hours. The grapes are fermented by stirring its lees in stainless steel vats.
Colour: Straw yellow, bright and very clean. Aroma: Fruity and sour with pear souvenirs. Taste: Fruity and refreshing with well balanced acidity.
Pairing: Aperitifs, with any type of fish, seafood, rice dishes and white meat. Perfect to drink in the early evening.
