SORNIE is made using red grapes of these varieties, which, after a traditional winemaking process, have undergone dealcoholization. This process preserves all the aromas and properties of the original wine, but without the alcohol.
We recommend enjoying it at a temperature between 4 and 6ºC.
Visual: It displays a deep cardinal color with a rounded, purplish hue.
Nose: Aromas of red fruit and floral notes
Palate: On the palate, it's a very pleasant red wine with good body.
