Sonrie 0% Sparkling Rosé is an alcohol-free rosé wine with a fine, elegant, and refreshing effervescence, crafted from Tempranillo and Verdejo grapes. To create this non-alcoholic rosé, we first made a rosé using traditional methods and then, through a patented process, removed the alcohol while preserving the natural aromas and beneficial properties of the original wine.
We recommend enjoying it at a temperature between 4 and 6ºC.
Visual: It displays a light pink color with a very thin, clean, pale, and bright body.
Nose: Predominant aromas of red fruit, berries, and floral nuances are accompanied by stone fruit.
Palate: A pleasant mouthfeel with medium acidity and hints of red fruit enhanced by a pleasant and refreshing effervescence.
