Our Cular Ibérico Salchichón stands out for its unmatched flavor, thanks to a traditional recipe in which pepper is the main ingredient. Each piece is carefully stuffed into artificial casing and undergoes a curing process of 3 to 5 months in our cellars in Guijuelo. This meticulously controlled maturation time allows our salchichón to develop its characteristic aroma and flavor, ensuring a unique sensory experience in every slice.
